Nolan Ferguson

  • graduated in 1962 as valedictorian from Weston High School

  • lettered all 4 years in football, basketball and baseball 

  • active in National Honor Society, Student Council and Letterman's Club

  • member of Pep Band and Marching Band all 4 years

  • graduated from University of Oregon in 1966 with a degree in Sociology and also received a teaching certificate

  • taught Social Studies and PE at McEwen High School and Weston-McEwen High School for 7 years

  • served as Principal at Weston-McEwen High School for two years

  • coached basketball, baseball and assisted in Football for several years

  • retired in 1996 after spending eight years as a teacher, two years as a principal and twenty years as a superintendent in OR schools
