"Since July of 2011"
Why do you believe it is important to be on the board of directors?
"Our public schools are the core of our Athena-Weston community, and I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors. I appreciate the opportunity to work with my fellow Board members and District Administration to improve student outcomes and ensure that our schools are safe, welcoming learning environments for all of our students."
What are your favorite hobbies?
"The great outdoors - fishing, white-water rafting, as well as tying flies, woodworking, and harassing the dog."
What is your day job?
"I work for a Commercial Construction Management firm."
What activities were you involved in during your high school years?
"Athletics - soccer, basketball, track, and trying to stay out of the principal's office!"
What was your favorite subject in school?
"Auto mechanics"
What is your proudest accomplishment?
"Having two wonderful daughters, one of whom I was able to hand her WMHS diploma, and the other I will be able to hand her diploma in 2025!"
What is one thing on your bucket list?
"Catching a Taimen in Mongolia."
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
"High School CTE teacher, although Mr. Taylor has that pretty well covered."
What is your useless talent?
"I have many talents that qualify, but being able to identify various 1980's 4WD trucks from a distance is certainly one of them."
