Personal Electronic Devices Policy
Personal Electronic Devices
Oregon’s Goal for Restricting the Use of Personal Electronic Devices in Schools is to improve academic outcomes by ensuring students are fully engaged in learning within a distraction-free environment that supports their well-being, focus, and ability to thrive academically and personally.
Personal electronic devices may be kept by students in lockers, backpacks, or in their school office, but personal electronic devices are not to be stored on the student’s person or in the student’s clothing during regular instructional hours.
