If you don't know the history:

Two schools merged and reached a compromise of keeping both names and mascots. So we have two mascots but combined the names into one. Weston-McEwen with a hyphen and TigerScots where both mascots get a capital letter but no space between. We started out as Tigers and Scots then Tiger-Scots and for the last few decades have been TigerScots. Thereby giving value to both communities.
